Longsword (Precision Parry & Dueling)

Core Launch Weapon

The Longsword is engineered for calculated duelists who read enemy wind-up animations. By timing the Riposte Stance just before an enemy weapon connects, the Warrior deflects 100% of incoming damage, inflicts severe posture damage to the attacker, and instantly refunds stamina.

Riposte Stance

Active / Counter

Assumes a defensive guard. Parrying an incoming strike instantly deflects damage and unleashes a forward thrust that breaks enemy posture.

Cross Slash

Active Combo

Two rapid horizontal strikes dealing continuous physical slashing damage, building Blade Focus charges.

Vanguard Rush

Gap Closer

Lunges forward with a high-speed dash thrust, staggering light combatants and closing distance.

Blade Tempest

Finisher / AoE

Consumes full Focus to spin in a devastating radius, ignoring incoming interrupts during animation.

Greatsword (Heavy Cleave & Stagger)

Core Launch Weapon

When multiple adversaries swarm or a world boss readies a massive charging rush, pressing `Q` transitions the Warrior into the colossal Greatsword. While it lacks the agility of the Longsword, its sweeping arcs provide uninterruptible hyper-armor frames and rapid boss posture destruction.

Earth Splitter

Active Slam

Charges a heavy downward strike that fissures the earth, staggering all enemies in a cone.

Whirlwind Cleave

Active AoE

A continuous two-handed circular cleave that deflects light projectiles and disrupts infantry.

Unyielding Stance

Defensive Buff

Hardens skin against poise loss, reducing damage taken by 25% while winding up heavy attacks.

Confirmed Post-Launch Roadmap

Gladius (Upcoming December 2026 Milestone)

In Development

Confirmed by Executive Producer Ham in his post-demo developer letter, the Gladius will introduce rapid forward thrusting attacks, shield-penetrating strikes, and paired secondary buckler options. It will launch alongside the first female Warrior customization model in December.

Optimal Boss Stagger Rotation

Engage: Open with Longsword Vanguard Rush to instantly close distance and apply pressure.

Counter: Anticipate the boss's first swing and activate Riposte Stance. Successful parry puts the boss in micro-stagger.

Swap & Cleave: Hit Q to bring out the Greatsword, executing Earth Splitter to fracture the stagger meter.

Finisher: Once the boss falls into posture break (glowing red), channel Whirlwind Cleave for maximum critical multiplier.
